Sales Cloud Einstein Readiness Assessor - Examples of Data Access

NOTE: The following are examples of data accessed to determine if your org meets eligibility requirements for Sales Cloud Einstein features. This is not a complete list.

  • Einstein Activity Capture - The Assessor counts the number of Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities but does not extract full customer records for these objects
  • Einstein Lead Scoring - The Assessor counts the number of Leads created in the last 6 months and converted to Accounts/Contacts or Accounts/Contacts/Opportunities but does not extract full customer Lead records
  • Einstein Opportunity Insights - The Assessor sends the CreatedDate and CloseDate for each Opportunity in order to calculate the average lifespan of an Opportunity, but the Assessor does not process or save the name of any Opportunity
  • Einstein Account Insights - The Assessor counts the number of Account records but does not extract full customer Account records
  • Einstein Automated Contacts - The Assessor counts the percentage of accounts with one or more related contacts but does not extract full customer Account and Contact records
  • Einstein Opportunity Scoring - The Assessor counts the number of Opportunities closed in the last 2 years but does not extract full customer Opportunity records
  • Einstein Forecasting - The Assessor determines if collaborative Forecasts are enabled
  • Sales Analytics - No data is processed (customer self-validates based on requirements in Readiness Report)
  • Salesforce Inbox - No data is processed (customer self-validates based on requirements in Readiness Report)
